About Our Show Site

The Embassy Suites-Love Field is located minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport and 11 miles from DFW. A night's stay includes a two-room suite, a full hot breakfast, evening cocktails and free parking. The hotel features a restaurant with good food, room service, bar, exercise & pool facilities and a gift shop. There are also restaurants within walking distance from the hotel building. NOTE: this is a busy hotel and it will fill up fast!

Locating our events inside the hotel

Our Registration Desk will be in room #306, directly across from the second floor elevator. Exhibitors will be showing out of their suites on floors 4, 5 and 6. Classes* will be held in a combination of hotel board rooms, the Presidential Suite and show rooms. Both the Monday morning seminar and the Banquet are held in the hotel's Banquet Hall on the lower level.

*There will be a poster in our Registration Room #206 that will list the rooms our classes will be held in.

A Great Rate!

At $109.00, our hotel rate  includes a two-room suite, full breakfast, free parking (there's covered parking underneath the hotel and outside parking by the main entrance) and a complimentary manager's reception each evening. Directions

The hotel is centrally located in Dallas, Texas, only 1.27 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport, and 11 miles from DFW International Airport. The hotel is located on Northwest Highway between Midway and Marsh Lane, and is easily accessible to I-35 and the Dallas Tollway. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to Love Field Airport. Taxi, limo and Super Shuttle transportation is readily available to and from both the DFW and Love Field airports.

 While DFW is only 11 miles from the hotel, consider using Super Shuttle to save considerably on the cost of travel to and from the hotel. Super Shuttle's phone number is (972) 456-3128.
